the question i have is can i get my makstripe r2tao to work with stripe snoop using windows xp and service pack 2...keep in mind my reader writer came with a printer port adapter not serial....or do i have to take it apart and configure? i am driving myself crazy any help would be greatly appreciated

This is the reader/writer that a friend donated to me. The software it comes with is actually some of the best I've seen! Anyway, I have not had a chance to examine this more, specifically to try and capture the info travelling back and forth.
