#1 stripersist: configure pool for EntityManager

Hello developers. I would like to see implementation of configurable pool for EntityManager instances for Stripersist#EntityManager getEntityManager(String persistenceUnit). I think that with Apache Common Pool will be easy to implement this feature for better performance.
