If the power is turned off (or the system turns itself
off) while the About screen is displayed, the master
password is not required to access Strip when the
device is turned on again.
This screen needs its own event handler for the power
button.

It's even worse ;) Any dialog box prevents the application
from locking: preferences, account info, etc.
So every dialog box that uses FrmDoDialog or FrmCustomAlert
needs to be revised.
