#2 SCCode feature added, lil bug fixed

here is my 2nd bugfix for stringychat.

changelog:
-"SCCode" added: many text formattig features have been
included (bold, italic, underlined, red, green, blue,
...). code layout: [b]bold text[yellow]yellow AND bold
text[/yellow][/b]

-easy emoticon insertion: klickable emoticons for the
easiest way of using emoticons

-new post layout: saves space and looks nice. european
time format (H:i - d.m.y)
