#3 Buddy List Names incorrect

Some Names shown in the Buddy list are crippled.
The first characters of the most Names are:
most B7?ç or in one case B°Aˇ or B´?"
followed by the correct last letters of the Name
(for example B7?çar)

(The "?" is a non printable letter, and looks like a rectangle)

Two Names of my Buddy list are correct.

I think there s a parsing bug.

The possibility of reloading the Buddy List from
the ICQ-Server should be also interesting.
