#6 cannot connect

I am using system 10.2.3 with i-tunes 3.0.

Can launch program but get an error -34 and http 401 unauthorized message when clicking gear button.

when clicking speaker button, i tunes will launch but not play. just get local host 8000 in i tunes display.
