#9 In absence of track data, break into increments

Excellent piece of software! Thanks for making it!
One additional feature that would be helpful - If the server
does not provide track details (and may never for copyright
reasons), the stream is ripped into one huge mp3. It would
be a nice feature if, in the absence of track data, the user
could specify that Streamripper should create tracks in 10
minute or so increments. That way the data would be more
manageable.
