#219 Streamriiper skips the first 120 seconds of a stream

If I do a recording of http://www.wdr.de/wdrlive/media/wdr3_hq.m3u streamripper always skips the first 120 seconds of the stream. This happens only with this stream.

I can sometimes reproduce the problem with this stream, but sometimes it is working perfectly. The stream is published by Akamai and it looks like there is a timeout of 120 seconds somewhere (sometimes it needs 240 seconds to connect).
On the attached capture, you see the answer from the server comes after 120 seconds.

In my opinion, Streamripper is working correctly and the problem is server side.
