#218 Fails to parse two consecutive slashes "//" in match rule

I found a bug in Streamripper parse.c. I fails to render Match Strings with two consecutive Escaped slashes ( "\/\/" ).

After Line 264 "escaped = 0;" must be entered.

PS: I have a station with the string " // " between artist and title.
