A .cue file imported from StreamRipper just has gibberish for the split point names and generates files with these bad names.... .cue file attached.

This appears to be a bug with UTF encoding in the tags, which streamripper doesn't handle.
Unfortunately, this results in loss of all the metadata since gibberish info is written to the cue.
