#215 .cue files for ogg streams

Streamripper seems to be NOT creating .cue files anymore for .ogg streams since 1.64.4.

Why this was dropped from Streamripper?

Also, in 1.64.3 there seems to be a bug, because (in Windows at least) it creates a .cue file without time of the tracks:

Performer is fucked up due stream settings..

Really hope this will be fixed.
