#205 No metadata on relay stream until second track

Streamripper does not send track metadata on the relay stream until the *second* track.

i.e.

streamripper http://some.stream.site -r 10.1.1.13:8000 -R 0

In this example, relay clients will only get the track title when the song changes to Artist Two - Title Two (I\'ve also tested with the -k 0 flag)
