#128 Overwrite larger touches files not changed

An interesting side effect of the new overwrite
behavior is to 'touch' the current date and time to
each file, even if it isn't overwritten. I'm not sure I
like this because I can't tell if the file is new or not.

Might be fixed in latest version, but need to check.
