Dave, If the .htaccess files are missing that would cause the problem you are seeing. One way you can check to see if this is the problem is to go to the admin interface and click on the Mask URLs icon. Turn this option to no. This will cause streamline to not use the htaccess files. The end result is that the URLs that are generated a re a little uglier, but it is a more forgiving configuration. Ultimately I would like to figure out why you don't have the .htaccess files, since the installer should have written them.
