The StrBioLib Java class libraries for computational structural biology development have been updated to version 1.2.

A paper describing the library has now been published:
Chandonia, JM. 2007. StrBioLib: a Java library for development of custom computational structural biology applications. Bioinformatics, May 30, doi: 10.1093/bioinformatics/btm269.

Changes in 1.2:

* Added Ant build procedure as an alternative to GNU Make.
* Renamed classes/ directory to src/ (although both compiled class files and sources are kept together for convenience)
