#1 Kippo playlog.py error

Dear sir,
I have download the stratagem for educational purpose.
I have a problem with kippo replaying logs.
when I enter ~kippo/utils/playlog.py <log file=""> I get an error:
couldn't open log file.</log>

I cannot find anywhere for a solution.
How can I replay log files with kippo in stratagem distro?
