Facilities

Facilities allows the player to perform special actions on the block in which they are upgraded.

Facility	Allows to
Harvester	Generate resources, every successive upgrade speeds up the process.
Storage	Store resources on block, upgrades allows more storage space.
Troop generator	Create new troops, upgrades speed the process up.
