To compile on solaris8/sparc HAVE_STROPTS_H and
HAVE_SYS_TIHDR_H have to be defined. This is not
recognized by ./configure

    As you might expect, the exact same thing happens
    on Solaris 8 for Intel.

    non-Linux support has been dropped in 4.7 (commit v4.7~161).
