#4 PDF Reports via Export are empty

When I try to export a "Final PDF report" I get a file that won't open. I'm on Windows 7 and tried Adobe PDF Reader and the PDF reader built into FireFox. No error is provided by the STPA tool and there are no errors in the log file.

I've attached my project file which is just a nonsensical example.

I am able to export a PDF report of a safety project that can be opened on my system.
