[Stp-devel] All tests on STP4-003 are running DBT2-testing

Folks,

For some reason, no matter what test I submit through the XML interface to the 
STP for stp4-003, it runs dbt2-testing instead.   

Attached is one of the XML files I've been sending.    It should run 
dbt2-pgsql, and is copied from a file which is currently running dbt2-pgsql 
on stp4-002.
