#1 Need new status fields
Add new status values:
"pushed" - means pushed to another iteration. Can also
allow the user to enter the iteration number that is is
pushed to, but that should be optional.
"dropped" - means story was abandoned. Maybe has an
optional "reason" field.

As of version 1.3, the "dropped" thing has been implemented... it is called
"abandoned".
