#4 Inline documentation for Get, Save methods (etc.)

This could reasonably be added to version 1. It can probably be hardcoded there and be made optional with adjustable verbosity levels in version 2 (though this could make it harder to Diff the generated output).

At a minimum, Developer and Implementer instructions should be added to the files, e.g. instructions for customizing the SaveXML procedure, documentation for using the Get() & Save() methods, etc.
