[Stormdos-develop] SD news: progress!

Hello stormdos-develop,

  I'm very happy because today the following was implemented:

  - devices engine seems to be finished
  - system calls mechanism through INT instruction
  - more that 16 IRQs may be supported in the future (Advanced PIC)
  - SDK was revised... and many minor bug fixes and optimizations
  - CVS repository at sf.net was updated

  Now I'll test the devices engine and finish up some basic device
  drivers, write basic console driver etc.

  Then file system-related part will be the last thing to implement
  before we are able to load and start programmes.
