We do NOT need physical card printed (so no need of magnetic strip, bar code or chip etc.)  

• just 16 digit number and 4 or 6 digit pin number is sent by email to the card holder / applicant  
  Time to time sponsor's name will be added on front image 
  Better if you can create an image (instead just sending card number in plain text) of a card which includes/appears cardholder's name, card number, expiry month-year and issuer name  
  existing features always subject to modify or add or delete time to time
