This is because this a SMB share and samba converts the file name in question very strange, and thus a file system error accurts when re-creating this folder.
To this moment I haven't been able to convince sambe of doing something descent :(.
Could there be a --ingnoreerror option to continue the backup-operation even in a rather catastrophic error like these?

Im working in RH7.0 downloaded the latest version of it.
While executing the storeBackup.pl it gives the error:
Can't locate syscall.ph in @INC (did you run h2ph?) (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /root/storeBackup/bin/storeBackup.pl line 35.
if possible plz help me..
