#16 Config option for Alpha/Linux

I trying to get 0.6.7 to compile under Alpha/Linux.

But there isn't any options for Alpha/Linux, only for
Alpha/OSF.
I think there should be some generic for last resort.
Since, it isn't so big thing to add options for Alpha
in configuration scripts.

Now, when I try to compile out-of-the-box,
configuration script gives some x86 crap options.
