Hello, I've made some small changes in order to allow arrays to be toroidal in one dimension, but not in the other, i.e. where boundary conditions in the x and y dimensions can be set separately. I've also added a small example (called toro_Arrays) that uses this with a square geometry. It would be nice if you could test/comment on this. Thanks a lot, Melanie |

I think I put everything necessary in there. I kept the existing directory structure for simplicity. The right directory is "stochsim" http://stochsim.cvs.sourceforge.net/stochsim/stochsim/ (I created a directry stochsim rather than using the root of the project in case we want to use this CVS for related work in the future) the directory "tests" http://stochsim.cvs.sourceforge.net/stochsim/tests/ is a mistake due to a bad import. If someone knows how to delete it, be my guest. For some reason, I also met a problem with the directory http://stochsim.cvs.sourceforge.net/stochsim/stochsim/tests/TestCWD/data/cell2/ -- Nicolas LE NOVERE, Computational Neurobiology, EMBL-EBI, Wellcome-Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, Cambridge, CB10 1SD, UK Tel: +44(0)1223494521, Fax: +44(0)1223494468, Mob: +44(0)7833147074 http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~lenov, AIM:nlenovere, MSN:nle...@ho... |

I redirected http://stochsim.sourceforge.net to the page hosted by the group of Dennis Bray: http://www.pdn.cam.ac.uk/groups/comp-cell/StochSim.html We should probably write down something independant at some point. But I don't the time right now. Nicolas, Mike and I have decided to release the entire AgentCell code and all files added to Stochsim under the GPL license. So you can go ahead and make everything GPL. I will make the necessary license adjustment of AgentCell on sourceforge as well. Hopefully we will soon be able to release these codes in a rpm easy install file. Folk, I put the version 1.4 and 1.6 on sourceforge. I respected the split in 4 different packages (core, GUI, doc and example). Moreover I created independent packages for 1.4 and 1.6 cores. In the future, once I populate the CVS, I think we should have a unique distribution. Thierry, Tom, could-you list the sourcefiles under LGPL and not GPL? I will include the adequate headers before to put the code in the CVS. -- Nicolas LE NOVERE, Computational Neurobiology, EMBL-EBI, Wellcome-Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, Cambridge, CB10 1SD, UK Tel: +44(0)1223494521, Fax: +44(0)1223494468, Mob: +44(0)7833147074 http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~lenov, AIM: nlenovere, MSN: nle...@ho... |
