[Stochsim-devel] StochSim in Sourceforge CVS

I think I put everything necessary in there. I kept the existing directory
structure for simplicity.

The right directory is "stochsim"
http://stochsim.cvs.sourceforge.net/stochsim/stochsim/
(I created a directry stochsim rather than using the root of the project
in case we want to use this CVS for related work in the future)

the directory "tests"
http://stochsim.cvs.sourceforge.net/stochsim/tests/
is a mistake due to a bad import. If someone knows how to delete it, be my
guest.

For some reason, I also met a problem with the directory
