Nicolas,
Mike and I have decided to release the entire AgentCell code and all 
files added to Stochsim under the GPL license. So you can go ahead and 
make everything GPL. I will make the necessary license adjustment of 
AgentCell on sourceforge as well. Hopefully we will soon be able to 
release these codes in a rpm easy install file.
