[Stochsim-devel] change for toroidal arrays

Hello,

I've made some small changes in order to allow arrays to be toroidal in 
one dimension, but not in the other, i.e. where boundary conditions in 
the x and y dimensions can be set separately. I've also added a small 
example (called toro_Arrays) that uses this with a square geometry. It 
would be nice if you could test/comment on this.
