Neighbours with ID "0" (eastern) seem to be ignored when specifying neighbour-sensitive reactions in the "Line" geometry. When specifying "ReactNeighbourID = 1", the reaction or modification spreads through the molecule from east to west (as expected). When specifying "ReactNeighbourID = 0", no neighbour-sensitive reactions happen at all.
