#120 Newer Devices need more padding

Hello,

L4 needs to write DWORDs, H7 even 256 bits. Pading in stm32.c is fixed at WORD, and so I got failure when writing my non padded binary to the L4.
Probably the device list must list write units and stm32.c uses this units.
