Alpha Code

The CVS repository has an alpha cut of the code, which I have been able to compile, and do some prliminary testing with.

My plan is to create some additional tests which will enable multiple process staring of the same shared data, mapped at deliberately diferent addresses, so that I can validate that the GNU implementation of the STL containers is accurately using the allocator::pointer type.
