Fixes various warnings throughout the STLport code (mostly unused code, unused variables and a variable shadowing another).

This patch fixes bug 2891108.

This should be against STLport-5.2 branch (in current state) _and_ against master.

STLport-5.2.1+git20100511-warnings.patch combines and supersedes both STLport-5.2.1-warnings.patch and STLport-5.2.1-warnings-debug.patch. It also uses _STLP_MARK_PARAMETER_AS_UNUSED for silencing warnings about unused parameters.

I won't be able to provide a patch for the master branch. If the changes to a file don't apply without problems, you can simply omit them because they are independent of the changes to any other files in this patch.
