#17 Default dependency for a category

Sometimes I can start a new job then as I progress I
realise it consists of several smaller jobs so I create
a category for the job type and a new view that only
shows the relevant jobs. It would be nice if all jobs
created using this category could be automatically
dependent on the main job item.
