As for the newest working (yes! working on the current browsers) version from PVHL (with help from LittleGirl). The help really looks amazing, grab it here:
(As you might have noticed that is another project, forked from this one, and has its own forum too). The idea is get that fork debugged and ready, patch this original woas with all those changes, so it starts working again (including all forks), then start overhauling the parsing engine with all the new syntax. An engine that should additionally be able to handle Creole2.0 as well as classic WoaS syntax.
