#31 scrollable menu, fixed topbar

Fixed menu area and topbar
i want
Fixed menu topbar
and scrollable menu

because a fixed menu when too long hides links,
but i want to be able to get at the top right buttons,
so please can you separate this into two options?

The fixed topbar (navigation bar/banner) can be done by following the instructions on the [[WoaS Mods::Replace fixed menu area and navigation bar]] or [[WoaS Mods::Replace fixed menu area and topbar]] page, depending on the version of WoaS you're using.

The scrolling menu on the left can be done by following the instructions on the [[WoaS Mods :: Add a scrollbar to the menu]] page in the woasmods.htm file. The instructions for WoaS 0.11.6 will work on recent WoaS versions.
