Stickies 2.1.4

* Added a check list control for individual stickies. With control, you add lists from stickies, and order them using drag and drop. You can also use it as a bookmark for large stickies, just double click an item in the check list to search for that item in your sticky.

* Added a small resource monitor util, show current mem, page file, disk i/o, and cpu load. This is very much like the monitor util within process tree, but in a small standalone applet.

* Fixed audio scope hang bug caused by Microsoft API calling within sampling routine. Apparently this is not allowed, so I've implemented a separate processing sample thread from the main recording thread. All this extra management means it no longer hangs when sampling.

* Added Chill-out Scope within audio scope, it become active when media player is not playing a song. It generates a random plasma effect (combination of sine and co-sine waves) which looks funky.

* Added Main Sticky menu as part of the edit context menu, to save on a few extra mouse movements and clicks.
