From now on all new releases of STGC and the derivate STFC2 are licensed under the GPL v3.

Also there is an automated installer available which supports mySQL, Script and Crontab setup as well as an updater + plugin interface.
So the sluggish CVS and configuration is not necessary anymore.

In the near future there will also be a toolkit written in mono/C# and J2SE/J2ME released under the GPL v3.
