stftp 1.0.0 released

After careful deliberation, I have decided to release this version as 1.0.0. The aim of this project was first and foremost to be an easier way to use FTP from the terminal than was previously available. At this point, I think stftp has met its main goal, since one can definitely upload and download in a convenient manner. However, there is still much more to add, and development will continue apace. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy stftp version 1.0!
