[Stepmod-modap] Issues.xml in stepmod does not display

Rob,

When I try to visualise the file issues.xml, only ARM type issues are=20
displayed. MIM type issues are nor displayed.
You can see it in the modules "attribute_classification" or=20
"product_occurrence".
In the first one, one of the issue is displayed (ARM type), the second=20
is not.
In the second module, the two MIM type issues are hidden.

Could you have a look ?
