StepMenus gives all Cocoa applications in OS X a floating main menu in the spirit and style of NeXTSTEP. No longer do you have to switch your attention to a different monitor to access the application's menu, now you can place it wherever is most convenient.
Version 0.3 adds several important features, most notably the ability to tear-off submenus, just like in NeXTSTEP. Also new in this release are a preference pane for configuring StepMenus, compatibility with OS X 10.2, and some performance improvements.

Version 0.2 adds a custom installer, properly reflects updates in menu item state (disabled/enabled, checked/unchecked) and remembers the menu position for each applicaiton.
