Okey I will eventually go into this more on this wiki in the future; but Preventing Starbase+-Star Systems Open Relay of Statistics even Name on the network, is done by having a private project on sourceforge.net, this is one where the User Permissions are set so there is no: Guest (read, admin, create, update), Authenticated Access (read, admin, create, update) also with all red anti profiles, if you don't want a public project but hidden then you have to enable the two bots access which is either done by two ways...
In the user itself if you want the bot to appear as you, so you goto your newly created username for logging into sourceforge account settings and you will be able to set: User Permissions at a userlevel and you add the first two bots in as admin, dev, member as the following accounts: stellarsbot + tdns-bot as users in those fields...
The other way is at a project level, you create a Group called: Robots (read, admin, create, update) are all green; and add the two users: stellarsbot + tdns-bot
