Hello everybody! I'm currently studying the possibility of creating plug-in for displaying historical supernovae in Stellarium. Current I study a theoretical part based on articles from arxiv.org and the NASA ADS. But yesterday I started to learn the code Stellarium's for its reuse in the plugin and I have a few questions. 1. How to get the current time Stellarium's? 2. Fairly bright supernovae (stellar magnitude brighter than 10) with 10 units (according to the query in the catalog of supernovae - http://www.sai.msu.su/cgi-bin/wdb/sn/sn.sncat/form) - at least with data sufficient for the simulation - whether they should make a separate directory or hard code their characteristics? 3. As valid only to recalculate the equatorial coordinates to screen for placement of a supernova in its place? 4. As correct to remove the supernova remnant from the sky before the date of his appearance? -- With best regards, Alexander |
