[Stellarium-pubdevel] Stellarium language settings

Dear developers,

Since a long time I have tried for the first time to click into the =20
"Program Language" and "Sky Language" select boxes in the "Language" =20
tab of the configuration window. But all my clicking shows no results, =20
not even after "Save as default" and restarting. All texts are still in =20
English with English font.

What can be wrong? And what is supposed to happen?
Clicking in the "Sky Culture" box on the other hand has immediate =20
results:
I can see the Inuit constellation art, for example.
