Hi Tim The Mac package is not the same as the Windows. The full download for the Windows is a compressed 283MB file, The libraries a compressed 273MB file. When installed this expands to 1.4 GB. I tried to extract just the libraries etc. but this doesn't work. I haven't found a distro of the version you must use that suits windows. This problem only occurs with sqlite. There must be a way to just call the driver but I can't find it. Barry Gerdes Beaumont Hills Observatory S 33' 41' 44" E 150' 56' 32" From: tr...@si... Qt 4.6.0 is distributed different to 4.5.0. It has its own version of MinGW. That does not work for me. Neither did MinGW 5.1.4 thats why I installed MinGW 5.1.6. All modules and Stellarium have been re-compiled with Qt 4.6.0 This system works for me on this computer but none of the others . Although a package made with build 5578 worked on one of the other computers but I could not get the compiling to work. Fabien worked on the Stelpainter.cpp to OpenGl 2 to be used when installed. This allowed compiling where OpenGL 2 was not available but it now crashes on computers that do have this. Regarding Sqlite. For Sqlite using programs to work with Windows. The Whole Qt.4.6.0 program needs to be installed, 1.4 GB. I am sure we won't be distributing that with Stellarium on Windows No, this isn't correct. On several accounts. First, the Qt distro is not 1.4 GB. Second, only one additional Qt module needs to be deployed, and it's a few hundred k. _________________________________________________________________ If It Exists, You'll Find it on SEEK Australia's #1 job site http://clk.atdmt.com/NMN/go/157639755/direct/01/ |
