Not yet, we still need to update the translations before the release, but this damn Rosetta doesn't want to send me the last version of the .po files!
By the way, I had a feedback of a mac user telling me that the locale files are not found by default in the mac package, if I remember well the fix was to move the locale directory in another directory.

Here is check list before the release:
- Update the .po files from rosetta https://launchpad.net/products/stellarium/+translations
- Update the ChangeLog, README
- Perform the test cases http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pwHfpc15wAzGDKGqVUekMcA&hl=en_GB on Linux, Mac, Windows
- Create the packages and upload them on sf.net
- Post a news item on sf.net
