Hi Peter

I thought that would be what was meant but just saying plugins is not specific enough.
I compile my versions with the log book activated as well without problems.

Yes I have had problems with sqlite but it seems OK now. The first packages I made would not work
because I did not have qsqlite included.  Because Qt was installed it was found on my master copy OK
Secondly there are two versions of the sqldrivers with qt. The version required is the one in plugins.
This caused quite a bit of confusion originally.

The ocular plugin is a bit awkward to use but it is OK if you read and understand the directions. I think
the problem with non universal hot keys has been "got around".

I can never remember what keys to use. I think a key menu should be part of the display when in use.

I'm pretty sure Tim is talking about Ocular - there have been a few reports of problems that were caused by:
a/ a packaging problem where sqlite was not properly set as a dependency
b/ international keyboards not having the required keys for next/previous ocular, etc.

Ocular works for me though with a clean install of 0.10.5 on Ubuntu and XP, so we await further info from Tim...

What plugin are we talking about. All the standard stellarium plug ins that are distributed in the release work for me.
Or is it something to do with the palm PDK
