I think getting a 1.0 release out is a great idea.   I also think before that is done, the key bindings issue should be addressed.  I put in a solution for Oculars, as key bindings alone was accounting for two or three e-mails a week.

The problem the way it is now, is there is no unified way of managing what key is bound to what feature, and when.  On no other application I uses, on Ubuntu or Mac OS X, is this a problem.  Every application allows for this.  From IRC clients, to text editors, to debuggers, to DVD players, to spreadsheets.

Hi guys,
there has been many little (and not so little) things landing in the
trunk since 0.10.5, some of them are bug fixes, but there are also new
features such as adding landscape feature or translation of
nebula/stars names.
Excepted the usual graphic card drivers bugs the rest of the
application seems to be quite stable now, I started the program about
10 years ago so I think we should seriously think about releasing
version 1.0.0!

Do you guys have many things to merge in trunk? Do you think it's
realistic to finalize your stuff within 2 weeks?
