I came across an issue with Steem SSE v4.2.0 R3 (Win64, D3D, not debugger): when configuring to emulate a high res monochrome monitor, with normal borders on and setting the display to be in Windowed Mode in either "Big" or "Biggest" size and not checking the "Stretch" options, the emulation runs very slow and Steem appears to freeze. In addition, when setting that configuration, I occasionally get an error indicating "System exception SC0000005 at S0000000140081302 in Steem64D3D.exe" - please see screenshot. If checking the "Stretch" option, the emulation runs correctly.
I am running Windows 11 on an Intel 14600K and an Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti Super. Below are the contents of my TRACE.txt.

Hi Javi,
Thx for the report, can reproduce.
I will investigate but I noticed it runs OK with setting Use video buffer unchecked.
Thank you so much, works perfectly for me unchecking Use video buffer, that is a super helpful tip.
